Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based totally out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made out of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood good friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), such as their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
